Anyone Can Watch. True Fans Gear Up.

Gear Up For Sports, Inc. began as a passion project by three insanely committed sports fans. The journey began in October 2008 with a small baseball blog and has exploded into a network of sports blogs that offer opinion, analysis and smack talk across all the major sports. From the start the idea behind Gear Up For Sports was simple: be the best sports site for fans on the internet. We are completely dedicated to bringing our readers the very best content. To that end, the GUFS architecture is backed by over thirty years of combined interactive experience in e-commerce site building, retail marketing, design acumen and technical knowledge.

With over a hundred of the best sports bloggers on the internet producing content daily, readers can get a new take or a break from the corporate line on their favorite teams and players. We only recruit writers who are passionate, outspoken and dedicated. The articles you read are not simple game recaps or the standard bland sports news. There is no limit on topics or direction. The content is created and driven by fans just as passionate as you.

Think you have what it takes to write for us?

Each team is represented by a Team Hub. Inside the hub, fans can easily find the latest news, comment and join the discussion, buy team gear and follow their favorite writers across the whole network. When you buy from Gear Up For Sports a percentage of the profits goes straight to the writers. By gearing up for your team, you're supporting the writers by letting them know you like their style and want to read more.

We've created this online community for sports fans as enthusiastic as we are, and we welcome you to join us!
